How do I manage my email account?

All email accounts have their own Control Panel where the account owner can perform maintenance tasks such as

  • changing your password
  • redirect emails to another address
  • set up mail groups on the same domain 
  • create auto-responders (out of office messages)
  • manage spam filtering
  • access webmail

Can I pick up my emails when I'm away from my computer?

Yes, all email accounts have Webmail. On any computer that is connected to the internet open the web browser and go to (where '' is your domain name, the bit after the '@' symbol in your email address) and login using your email account username and password. Once logged in you can view all emails that are still stored on the email server in the Inbox and you can also send emails from your account.

How do I add Google Sitemap support to my website?

If you don't have one, sign up for a free Google account at Google Accounts. Sign in then go to Google Webmaster Tools and add your site address. Next, go to Add a Site Map alongside your site address in the Sites list, choose 'Add General Web Sitemap' and then enter your sitemap location which is your website address followed by '/sitemap.php' (eg.
